Our partnerships
We are proud of our corporate philanthropy partnerships with the Alzheimer's Association®, American Heart Association®, American Cancer Society® and the African American Alliance of CDFI CEOs (The Alliance).
CNO and Washington National were proud to support the American Cancer Society with a $100,000 donation in 2023. This contribution benefits the Road to Recovery program, which provides transportation to and from treatment for people with cancer who do not have a ride or unable to drive themselves, and nationwide Hope Lodges.

Our Team CNO volunteers take part in more than 30 community service events each year. One of our largest programs is the CNO Giving Back Days, which take place across six communities and aims to deliver more than 1,000 hours of service to local charities.

Engaging associates in giving back
Through our CNO Invested in Giving Back® program, we get our associates involved in choosing the community programs to receive charitable donations from the company. Nationwide, 990 associates voted in the 2023 program, and CNO donated $200,000 to charities selected by those associates.

Proud sponsor of the CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon
Since 2016, CNO has served as the title sponsor of the CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon. A top 15 national marathon, the event attracts participants and fans from across the U.S. The partnership is just one way CNO demonstrates our corporate commitment to health, well-being, and the central Indiana community.
