Adrianne B. Lee joined CNO Financial Group’s Board of Directors in May 2023. She is a member of the Audit and Enterprise Risk Committee and Governance and Nominating Committee.

Lee serves as president and chief financial officer of Beyond, Inc. (NYSE: BYON). In this role, she is responsible for all operating and financial-related matters for the company and its brands, including, Bed Bath & Beyond. Her responsibilities include overseeing human resources, technology, legal, IT security and communications.

Prior to joining Beyond.com (formerly Overstock.com), Lee served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Hertz Corporation’s North American Rental Car unit from 2018 to 2020, and prior to that was the vice president of global financial planning, analysis and corporate development.

Lee has held several roles in finance, strategic planning, accounting, financial reporting, investor relations, and audit at Best Buy, PepsiCo, Allianz Life and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

She received a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
