Jessica A. Turner joined CNO Financial Group’s Board of Directors in October 2024. She is a member of the Audit and Enterprise Risk Committee and Governance and Nominating Committee. 

Turner serves as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Open Banking and API at Mastercard (NYSE: MA) and is a member of Mastercard’s Management Committee. In her role, she is responsible for leading the development and build-out of new products and technologies to enable the future of open banking, while driving innovation with key partners across the ecosystem, including fintech companies and governments globally.

Since 2006, Turner has held various roles of increasing responsibility at Mastercard. Prior to her current position, Turner served as the Executive Vice President of New Digital Infrastructure and Fintech, where she led the strategy, design, development, and commercialization of Mastercard’s blockchain, digital assets, crypto, and open banking products. She has driven both card and digital solutions, as well as payment experiences for both emerging and developed markets. Turner has also managed customer engagement and collaboration with telecommunications companies and banks. Before joining Mastercard, Turner led product development at Affinion Loyalty Group and began her career at Capital One, where she worked for more than five years.

Turner received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Miami. She currently sits on the Partner Executive Council of PayTech Women, having previously served on the board.
